We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact our support team at [email protected] before proceeding.

3. Eligibility & Registration
3.1. Age Requirement
Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Aerobet takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to confirm compliance. If a Player is found to be underage, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made may be returned at our discretion after deducting administrative costs, in accordance with applicable law.
3.2. Eligibility Criteria
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and maintain an Account:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing wagers.
- You are legally permitted under the laws and regulations of your province or territory to access online gambling services.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any such individuals employed by or affiliated with Aerobet or its service providers.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion program that would prohibit your participation in gambling activities.
- You are using funds that belong to you and have not been obtained through unlawful means.
3.3. Registration Process
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to notify Aerobet promptly if any of this information changes by updating your Account profile or contacting support at [email protected].
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Aerobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where inaccurate information has been provided, and to withhold or void any associated winnings.
3.4. One Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Aerobet may, at its sole discretion:
- Close all but one Account (typically the original Account);
- Void any bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts;
- Forfeit winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts;
- Permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to resolve the issue before accessing Casino Services.
3.5. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Aerobet employs a comprehensive KYC verification process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any stage of your Account's lifecycle. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:
- Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, provincial ID card);
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months;
- Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the card, screenshot of the e-wallet, or bank statement used for deposits;
- Source of Funds: Documentation confirming the legitimate origin of deposited funds, where required.
Aerobet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful KYC completion. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by Aerobet may result in Account restriction or closure.
4. Account Management
4.1. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party, allow others to use your Account, or access another Player's Account. Aerobet strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security features offered on the Platform. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — will be considered your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing without undue delay.
4.2. Account Currency
The default Account currency for Canadian Players is Canadian Dollars (CAD). All deposits, balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Where a deposit is made in a currency other than CAD, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be charged by your payment provider.
4.3. Account Closure
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing, any pending Real-Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Aerobet reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to closing an inactive account, Aerobet will notify the Player by email and provide a reasonable opportunity to reactivate the account or withdraw remaining funds.
4.4. Platform Access
Aerobet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available on a continuous basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control, provided we have taken reasonable steps to minimise the impact on Players.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1. Accepted Payment Methods
Aerobet supports a wide range of payment methods tailored to the needs of Canadian Players. The following methods are currently accepted, subject to availability in your province:
| Payment Method | Type | Deposits | Withdrawals |

| Visa | Credit / Debit Card | Yes | Yes |
| Mastercard | Credit / Debit Card | Yes | Yes |
| PayPal | E-Wallet | Yes | Yes |
| Skrill | E-Wallet | Yes | Yes |
| Neteller | E-Wallet | Yes | Yes |
| MuchBetter | Mobile Wallet | Yes | Yes |
| Paysafecard | Prepaid Voucher | Yes | No |
| InstaDebit | Online Banking | Yes | Yes |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Cryptocurrency | Yes | Yes |
The availability of specific payment methods may vary by province. Aerobet does not guarantee that all listed methods are accessible in every jurisdiction. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of the Platform for the most current options. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Use of third-party payment instruments is prohibited and will result in Account suspension and reversal of associated transactions.
5.2. Deposits
All deposits must be made in a currency supported by the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is CAD 10, unless a specific promotion or payment method stipulates a different threshold. Deposits are generally processed and credited to the Account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Aerobet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which Aerobet accepts no responsibility.
Aerobet reserves the right to set individual or aggregate deposit limits at its discretion for compliance or risk-management purposes. Players are encouraged to set their own voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming Tools available in their Account settings, in accordance with our Responsible Gaming page.
5.3. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to payment instruments previously used to deposit funds into the Account ("return-to-source" policy), except where a specific method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative method of equivalent or lesser total deposit value may be used. The minimum withdrawal amount is CAD 20. There is no maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit under standard circumstances; however, Aerobet may apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps for Player protection or operational reasons, which will be communicated in the Cashier section.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method:
- E-Wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter): within 24 hours of approval;
- Interac e-Transfer: within 1–3 business days;
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard): within 3–5 business days;
- Bank Transfers: within 3–7 business days;
- Cryptocurrency: within 24 hours of approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times.
These timeframes begin after Aerobet's internal withdrawal approval is complete, which may take up to 48 business hours. KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals requested from funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be declined until those requirements are met.
5.4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
Aerobet operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We monitor all financial transactions for suspicious activity. Aerobet reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that triggers an AML flag, pending investigation. Where required, Aerobet will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without notice to the Player. Players are reminded that depositing funds without the intent to genuinely wager them (chip-dumping, structuring, or other forms of fund layering) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1. General Bonus Terms
Aerobet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives, including welcome packages, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail for that promotion. Aerobet reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed the bonus are not materially disadvantaged.
6.2. Claiming Bonuses
To claim a bonus, a Player must:
- Hold a fully registered and verified Account on the Platform;
- Opt in to the promotion as required (via the Promotions page, deposit flow, or bonus code entry);
- Meet any minimum deposit threshold associated with the offer;
- Not be subject to any self-exclusion, Account restriction, or block on bonus eligibility;
- Be a resident of an eligible jurisdiction, as stated in the specific promotion.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, employing systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus structures, or colluding with other Players — will forfeit any bonuses and associated winnings, and may have their Account permanently closed.
6.3. Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the applicable promotion. The wagering requirement represents the total amount you must wager before Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them can be converted to Real-Money Funds and withdrawn. For example, a CAD 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling CAD 3,000 before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following game contribution rates apply toward wagering requirements:
| Game Category | Contribution Rate |
|---|---|
| Video Slots | 100% |
| Classic Slots | 100% |
| Live Casino (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) | 10% |
| Table Games (standard RNG) | 10% |
| Video Poker | 10% |
| Jackpot Games | 0% |
| Scratch Cards & Keno | 50% |
Aerobet may exclude specific games from bonus wagering at its discretion; such exclusions will be indicated in the relevant game lobby or promotional material. Wagers placed on excluded games while Bonus Funds are active will not count toward wagering requirements.
6.4. Bonus Validity and Expiry
All bonuses carry a validity period, which will be stated in the specific promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses and associated winnings expire after 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Upon expiry, any uncleared Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom will be forfeited automatically. Free spin bonuses must typically be used within the timeframe stated in the respective promotion, and any winnings resulting from expired free spins will be removed from the Account.
6.5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus
Unless specified otherwise, winnings generated from free spins are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of CAD 100 per free spin promotion, unless the specific promotional terms state a higher or lower cap. Winnings exceeding this cap that are generated from free spins will be forfeited. No maximum withdrawal cap applies to deposit match bonuses unless expressly stated in the applicable terms.
6.6. Bonus Balance Order
When both Real-Money Funds and Bonus Funds coexist in an Account, Real-Money Funds are wagered first by default, unless the applicable promotional terms specify otherwise. Players should review their Account balance summary before placing bets to understand the composition of their current balance.
7. Games & Fair Play
7.1. Game Availability
Aerobet provides access to a broad library of casino games, including video slots, classic slots, live dealer games, table games, video poker, jackpot games, and instant-win products, all supplied by third-party software providers. The availability of specific titles may vary by Player location, device type, or applicable regulatory requirements. Aerobet reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict access to any game at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Random Number Generator (RNG)
All applicable casino games on the Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random, independent, and cannot be predicted or manipulated. The RNG technology and overall game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are subject to regular independent testing and certification by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The RTP for individual games is displayed in each game's information panel or help section. Players should be aware that RTP percentages are calculated over a large number of spins/rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session.
7.3. Game Malfunctions
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, disconnection, or any other fault that affects the normal operation of a game, the following rules apply:
- Any bets placed during a confirmed malfunction will be voided, and stakes will be returned to the Player's Account;
- Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction round are void and will not be paid out;
- Aerobet will use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve reported malfunctions promptly;
- The Player must report suspected malfunctions to support as soon as they are detected — failure to do so in a timely manner may affect the outcome of any investigation.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Aerobet's decision regarding the existence and outcome of any malfunction is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 11.
7.4. Prohibited Conduct & Bots
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform on your behalf;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain;
- Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties;
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or deception directed at Aerobet or other Players;
- Employing prohibited betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures or game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with any game software or Platform technology.
7.5. Game Rules
Each game is governed by its own individual set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering. Where a discrepancy exists between a game's in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules for that specific game will prevail for matters relating exclusively to game mechanics, payouts, and special features.
8. Tournaments & Lotteries
8.1. Tournament Participation
Aerobet may, from time to time, offer casino tournaments, leaderboard competitions, prize draws, and other special events ("Tournaments"). Participation in any Tournament is subject to these Terms and any additional specific rules published for that event. Tournament rules will specify the eligible games, scoring methodology, prize structure, duration, entry requirements, and any entry fees. Players who breach Tournament rules or these Terms — including through the use of automated tools or collusion — will be disqualified and may forfeit any prizes already earned.
Tournament prizes may be awarded as Real-Money Funds, Bonus Funds, free spins, or physical prizes, as stated in the applicable rules. Cash prizes are credited to the winning Player's Account within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the Tournament. Any prize credits in the form of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6. Aerobet reserves the right to cancel or postpone any Tournament in the event of a technical failure, insufficient participation, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8.2. Prize Draw & Lottery Events
Where Aerobet conducts prize draws or lottery-style events, such events will comply with applicable law and their specific terms. Draws will be conducted in a verifiably fair and random manner. Players must be Account holders in good standing to participate. Aerobet will announce prize draw results via the Platform or email and will contact winners through their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe after the draw.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Ownership
All content displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface design, software, text, images, audio, video, game content, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of Aerobet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trade mark legislation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use such Content beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the Casino Services.
9.2. Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of Aerobet or the respective rights-holder. Unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability. Any feedback or suggestions you provide to Aerobet regarding the Platform may be used by Aerobet without any obligation of compensation or attribution to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all Casino Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aerobet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10.2. Exclusions of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerobet shall not be liable to you for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform;
- Losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other events beyond Aerobet's reasonable control;
- Errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors;
- Any technical malfunction, interruption, or defect outside Aerobet's direct control;
- Decisions made by the Player in the course of gambling, including the loss of wagers.
10.3. Cap on Liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Aerobet's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) CAD 1,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10.4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aerobet and its affiliates, officers, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third-party right.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Internal Complaint Process
Aerobet is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly, transparently, and efficiently. If you believe a transaction, game outcome, or Account decision is incorrect or unjust, you should raise a complaint through the following process:
- Step 1 – Initial Contact: Contact our support team at [email protected] or via the live chat function on the Platform, providing your Account details, a clear description of the issue, the relevant date(s), and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction IDs).
- Step 2 – Acknowledgement: Aerobet will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
- Step 3 – Investigation: Our team will conduct a thorough investigation and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement. Complex cases may require additional time, and we will keep you informed of the progress.
- Step 4 – Resolution: We will communicate our final decision in writing, including the reasoning behind it. If the complaint is upheld, any adjustment to your Account will be made promptly.
11.2. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with Aerobet's final decision following the internal complaint process, you may seek to escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. Details of any applicable ADR body or external resolution process will be provided in our final response letter. Players retain the right to pursue any legal remedies available to them under applicable law.
11.3. Governing Principles
While Aerobet operates globally, these Terms are designed to be consistent with widely recognised principles of consumer protection and fair dealing in the online gaming industry. All communications in the dispute process shall be conducted in English. Aerobet's records, logs, and system data shall, in the absence of manifest error, constitute prima facie evidence of the matters they record for the purposes of any dispute.
11.4. Limitation Period
Any claim or dispute arising under these Terms must be submitted to Aerobet's internal complaint process within six (6) months of the date on which the claimant became aware, or reasonably ought to have become aware, of the facts giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may be declined.
12. Health & Safety
Aerobet takes the health, safety, and wellbeing of all Players seriously. Certain casino games, including those with flashing lights, rapid animations, or intense visual effects, may potentially trigger adverse reactions in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or related conditions. If you or a person in your household has such a condition, please exercise caution and consult a medical professional before using the Platform.
Prolonged use of any online gaming platform can contribute to fatigue, eye strain, or disrupted sleep patterns. Aerobet encourages all Players to take regular breaks, maintain a healthy balance between online activity and other aspects of daily life, and seek medical advice if they experience any health concerns linked to their use of the Platform. If you are experiencing emotional distress, financial difficulties, or other personal challenges, please consider reaching out to the support resources listed in Section 13.
You are responsible for ensuring that your physical environment is suitable and safe when accessing the Platform. Aerobet accepts no liability for personal injury or health consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a context or manner that exposes you to risk.

13.1. Our Commitment

14.2. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision will be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the severed provision.
14.3. Waiver
No failure or delay by Aerobet in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. Any waiver by Aerobet of a breach of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
14.4. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sub-licence any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Aerobet. Aerobet may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor business entity without notice to you, provided that your rights as a Player are not materially prejudiced by such assignment.
14.5. Force Majeure
Aerobet shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, power outages, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures. In such events, Aerobet will endeavour to minimise the impact on Players and restore normal service as soon as practicable.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the minimum age to play at Aerobet Casino?
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Aerobet Casino. We conduct KYC verification to confirm that all Players meet this requirement, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Each Player is permitted to hold one registered Account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of any bonuses claimed, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
How long does KYC verification take?
In most cases, standard KYC verification is completed within 24 to 72 hours of submitting your documents. Complex cases or requests for additional documentation may take longer. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC has been successfully completed.

The primary currency for Canadian Players is Canadian Dollars (CAD). All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in CAD unless a specific payment method transacts in another currency, in which case conversion fees may apply.
What happens if a game crashes mid-session?
If a game malfunctions or disconnects during a round, Aerobet will investigate the incident using server-side records. In the event of a confirmed technical fault, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to your Account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction round are not paid out. Please report any suspected malfunctions to our support team promptly.
